If you do see 'Enhanced' or '2.0', please make sure you have your USB 2.0 capture device connected directly to your computer and not through a USB hub or USB extension cable. To correct this issue, a USB 2.0 card will need to be installed in your computer. USB 2.0 is required for proper video transfer. If you do not see the word 'Enhanced' or '2.0' listed, this would indicate that your computer does not have a USB 2.0 controller card installed.
